Weathertightness Report
This type of building inspection that is focused primarily on the weather-tightness of a building. It is done especially when the building has monolithic cladding. We are NZIBS Registered Building Surveyors and our reports are accepted by banks. In pre-purchase context, it is limited to visual inspection with thorough moisture meter scanning and infra-red thermography where required.
