Building Report
We perform Home Inspection to NZS4306:2005 which is a visual, non-invasive inspection aiming to identify significant defects.
Weather Tightness Report
This type of inspection is focused primarily on the weather tightness of a building. It is done especially for monolithic cladding.
Toxicology Report
Making or use of Meth (Methamphetamine) or “P” in a house can leave residue which gets absorbed in the floor, walls and parts of the house.
Asbestos Testing
Asbestos is a hazardous building material which when inhaled, can cause lung cancer. Any building built before 2000 is likely to contain Asbestos.
Comprehensive Reports With Quick Turnaround !
Mostly the inspection is scheduled within a day or two and the building report emailed within 24 hours. Toxicology lab report will take 3 - 4 working days and Asbestos report will take 2 - 3 working days.
